26. Air Fryer Temperature Sensor

Overview

R25(Ω):0.1K~1000K
Feature:Light weight and easy to install
Apply: Swim pool

The role of the NTC temperature sensor in an air fryer is to regulate the temperature. It operates by monitoring the temperature through changes in its resistance, which decreases as the temperature increases.

The air fryer has a top heating element, which is used to set the cooking time and adjust the temperature. The temperature control relies on the NTC temperature sensor, as its resistance value decreases with rising temperature.

Since air fryers operate at high temperatures, precise temperature control is essential. If the temperature exceeds the set value, the power will be automatically cut off to prevent accidents.

If the temperature is well controlled, the surface of the food in the air fryer becomes crispy and golden.
