Upgrade of model HCS9，with all advantages of HCS9；With PTC, manual reset when power-off, dual protection

HCS9S with extra-PTC heating element, contacts are disconnected when pre-calibrated temp are reached; bimetal cannot be reset because of the conducted PTC continuously generate heat. Only auto-reset when electric powered-off. Suspension bracket are provided to make easier-installation.
